By purchasing my art services, you agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully.

Be able to pay in 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be canceled. Maximum waiting time if you notify about it: 48 hours.

Currently setting deadline time when opening slots. But no longer than one month.

The process includes three stages:
Sketch stage – You will receive two sketch options.
Major changes are allowed at this stage (pose, composition, emotions).
Flat colors stage – Minor revisions only, mainly color and pattern adjustments.
Final artwork – Fully rendered and polished illustration.
I can provide additional updates if requested.

PNG/JPEG, PSD files. Download them in 30 days, because they can be deleted later.

If after claiming a slot you haven't respond in 24 hours, the slot will be canceled.
I won't use the commissioned artwork in a profit (ex. process and step-by-step, or prints on Boosty)
I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.
I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" commissions.
If you changed your mind and want to cancel the commission and get a refund: when the sketch is done 60% will be returned. When flat colors stage is done - 35%.
You acknowledge that you have read these terms, understand the terms of service, and will be bound by these terms and conditions. You further acknowledge that these terms of use represent the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us.
